Where It Comes From
Grown in the lush mountains of Planadas, Tolima, one of Colombia’s top coffee regions, this coffee is cultivated by award-winning farmer Marlon Rojas, known for his innovative approach and commitment to quality.
The beans come from the Tabí variety, known for both its resilience and excellent cup profile. Using the honey process, the beans are dried with their sticky fruit layer (mucilage) still on, allowing for a deeper sweetness and complex flavor.
At altitudes above 1,900 meters and with cool mountain temperatures around 20°C, every bean develops slowly, unlocking a clean, rich flavor that reflects the land it comes from.
